Objective: To study on the effect of ASH on improving the ability of learning and memory using diving escape experiment of animal. Methods: Based on Wistar rats and behavioral science, using the diving escape experiment device, this paper studied the related factors of diving escape behavior first, then discussed the effect of ASH on escape behavior of normal and memory disorders rats.Result:1.The experimental results of the effect of water temperature on escape behavior of rats showed that when water temperature was 25±1℃, the incubation period , the travelling time and the total time of the Wistar rats were obviously less than that of water temperature was 10±1℃( P<0.05) .2.The experimental results of the effect of sex on escape behavior of rats showed that three indexes of male rats were obviously less than that of female rats( P<0.05) .3.The experimental results of the effect of weight on escape behavior of rats showed that three indexes of weight which of rats was 180~220g were obviously less than that of weight which of rats were 80~120g and 280~320g( P<0.05) .4.The experimental results of the dose-response relationship showed that from the doses of 1.4g/kg started work, there was significant difference between the travelling time and the total time of normal rats and that of control group( P<0.05) .The doses of 5.6 g/kg reached the climax, there was extremely significant difference between the travelling time and the total time of normal rats and that of control group( P<0.01) .The doses of 11.2 g/kg began to decline, there was significant difference between the travelling time of normal rats and that of control group( P<0.05) .5.The experimental results of the time-response relationship showed that giving medicine for five days started work, there was significant difference between the travelling time and the total time of normal rats and that of control group( P<0.05). Giving medicine for seven days reached the climax, there was extremely significant difference between the travelling time and the total time of normal rats and that of control group( P<0.01).Giving medicine for nine days began to decline, there was significant difference between the travelling time of normal rats and that of control group( P<0.05) .6.The experimental results of Scopolamine hydrobromide Modeling showed that there was extremely significant difference between three indexes of model group and that of control group( P<0.01) , there was extremely significant difference in three indexes of giving ASH groups and that of model group( P<0.01) .Conclusion:1.The water temperature affects the escape behavior of rats, the water temperature of 25±1℃is better.2. The sex affects the escape behavior of rats, male is better.3.The weight affects the escape behavior of rats, weight of 180~220g is better.4. ASH could improve the escape behavior of rats, 5.6g/kg is choosed for the best doses, seven days is choosed for the best time.5. Through memory disorders model of rats successfully established, verify that ASH could improve the escape behavior of rats with scopolamine.
