| Objective To use angiogenesis inhibitor in bladder tumor patient in preoperative short term, to contrast the specimen of bladder tumor in preoperative to postoperative, observing effect of treatment of bladder tumor by angiogenesis inhibitor' Methods 1. To choose 30 patients in a lot, by cystoscopy send the specimen of bladder tumor to biopsy in preoperative 2. All 30 patients to give angiogenesis inhibitor (Rg3) by mouth for 10~14 days in preoperative, 20mg, Bid. 3. After 10-14 days operating in patients, send the specimen of bladder tumor in postoperative to patho-examination, observe the difference between two specimen of bladder tumor 4. Observation index: (1) to observe the number of blood vessel of tumor organization in unit area—MVD (compare no medicine to take medicine) (2) to observe the apoptosis of tumor organization (compare no medicine to take medicine) .All specimen of bladder tumor are sent to patho-examination to make histological section, use the method of immunohistochemistry. To utilize Leica Qwin V3 system to do the image analysis, To choose 3 districts randomly in section taking average value to calculate blood vessel density in unit area. To compare the MVP in preoperative to postoperative, the method of statistics is to utilize t test. Apoptosis of bladder tumor only to make qualitation analysis.Results TO compare MVD of bladder tumor organization in preoperative topostoperative exist obviously difference (p<0.05). The positive rate of apoptosis of bladder tumor in postoperative (100%) more high than in preoperative (40%).Conclusions To use angiogenesis inhibitor in bladder tumor patient inpreoperative short term can obviously cut down MVD of bladder tumor, also can obviously elevate apoptosis of bladder tumor cell. Since the MVD of bladder tumor and apoptosis of bladder tumor cell are closely relative to tumor prognosis, so use angiogenesis inhibitor has very important significance to bladder tumor patient in clinical treatment.
