Global integrated market economy was formed gradually as China has joined in WTO. With the development of system of medical treatment and hygiene and stepwise opening of medical market, the complexion that public hospitals were primary was broken. Hospitals of foreign capital, joint-stock hospitals, private hospitals, stations of community health service and private clinic come forth. Modern governors of hospitals must adapt to principles of market economy to face cruel competition among different medical organizations. Problems that how to be in advantaged status in cruel competition and researching competition strategy and practice of hospital market desiderate to be solved.This paper uses knowledges of modern enterprise management, economics, statistics, and combine it with characteristics of hospital industry to analyse ubiquitous actuality of hospital management and development of medical treatment and hygiene macroscopically, and then analyse how hospitals to talently show itself in furious competition. Firstly, this paper explains main characteristics and establish total impression of medical enterprise by analysing development process of medical enterprise. Secondly analysing macroscopical environment and industry environment by using tools of Strategy management like SWOT,PESTEL and three basic competition strategy choices, gaining conclusion that DH Hospital should use different strategy. Thirdly constituting performance evaluation system, design method of salary system and general scheme to solve human resorce management. Fourthly using modern marketing strategy tools of market segment, objection, orientation and brand marketing, to instruct practice of hospital marketing and establish market orientation of DH Hospital and total marketing scheme. Finally opening out beneficial thinking of professional ethics of medical employees, the relationship of responsibilities to society and brand, developmental foreground of medical enterprise to see foreground direction clearly through numerous and complicated today.
