Background and Aim:Maternal-infantile vertical transmission action of HBV is a very important route of the transmittion of HBV and the infection in uteru is the main route of HBV vertical transmission. More recent stdudie suggest that HBV infecion in uteru may be interrupted by using mutiple HBV specific immunoglobulin(HBIG) intramuscularly before delivery. But the methods are not unified and some fetus were infected however. HBIG were intramusculared on pregnant women of HBV from 20 pregmant week every four weeks, five times together in our study and it was expected a more available and economic method . Some study found Fc γ RⅢ was mainly expressed on trophoblast and vilbus meseachymed cells. But there are some studies denialing this. The ditribution of Fc γ RⅢ were detected in normal and HBV infected human placentas to validate it existence and speculated its function.Methods:90 HBV infected pregnant women were divided into three groups.one group accepts HBIG intramuscularly from 20 pregnant week, onegroup accepts HBIG intramuscularly from 28 pregnant week and another accepts no intervention. Umbilicu vein blood and periphery vein blood were remained to detect the indicates of HBV. SP immunohistochemical staining was employed to detect the infection and distribution condition of HBsAg and HBcAg in 90 HBV infected placentas and amnion. Frosting SP immunohistochemical staining was employed to detect the Fc Y Rill in normal and HBV infected placentas. Results:There are no evidently difference between 20w and 28w on uteru infection and antibody appearance, but there are statistical difference on infection of placentas. The infection of amnion is consistent with placenta. Periphery vein blood is better than umbilicu vein blood on detection of HBV indicasts. Fc Y R III does not expressed on trophoblast and vilbus meseachymed cells but on the cells in inter-villous space.
