With the development of chemical industry and the occurrence of global war and terrorism, the rate of chemical accidents is getting more and more. These chemical accidents directly threaten the human's life and harm the environment. It is known that it is very important to set up a suit of chemical accidents emergency aid & command system which is systemic, perfect, convenient and fitting local chemical accidents. In this study, based on detailed investigating chemical poisons in Chongqing, we succeeded to develop the Chemical Poisons Database of Chongqing ( Chongqing Chemical Accidents Aid & Command System(â…¡)), to debug and to apply this system primarily. The system offers a reliable basic research platform for Chongqing chemical accidents emergency aid. Additionally, in order to enrich the Chemical Poisons Database of Chongqing, moreover because of chemical accidents occurring general as compound injury, we researched cyanide poisoning with hemorrhagic shock. The change of toxicity and ability of 4-(N, N-dimethyl)-aminophenol (4-DMAP) to produce MHb in hemorrhagic shock rats were investigated. Moreover, we primarily confirmed the detoxifcation dosage of 4-DMAP in cyanide poisoning combined with hemorrhagic shock rats, which provided research basis to cure for the compound injury of cyanide poisoning with hemorrhagic shock. Main results and conclusions are as following: 1. Chongqing had more chemical plants, correlation units, kinds and amount of poisons, which almost contained all national chemicals. However, there were some reasons of increasing possibility of chemical accidents such as small plants scale, old and aging equipment, more transport units and short of consciousness in aid. These matters increased the difficulty of prevention and treatment to chemical accidents. 2. The datum by investigating basically contained mostly chemicals in our country. Compared to chemicals of other area, the kinds of chemicals to occur chemical accidents are similiar, but different from occuring probability. Therefor, this conclusion represented the chemicals'character of chongqing. 3. The Chemical Poisons Database of Chongqing were successfully developed, which had displayed it's effect on chemical accidents aid by early debugging and using in some plants. The database had evidently superiority such as querying compositor chemicals comparing to other similiar database and adapted to Chongqing chemical accidents aid. 4. LD50 of sodium cyanide was significantly reduced, but its toxicity was obviously increased in hemorrhagic shock rats, which increased the difficulty of prevention and cure. The toxicosis mechanism was complex. Perhaps sodium cyanide and hemorrhagic shock together induced even more damage by a likely similar mechanism. 5. The ability of 4-DMAP to produce MHb was significantly decreased in hemorrhagic shock rats, suggesting that the detoxifcation dosage of 4-DMAP in patients with cyanide posioning combined with hemorrhagic shock needed to be revised for better cure effect. The mechanism might be the enhancement of deoxidizing ability of MHb and the evidence decrease of Hb because of a great deal of blood bleeding, the biological mechanics changes of red cells and so on. 6. 27mg/kg of 4-DMAP was the better detoxifcation dosage of rats with cyanide (2 times LD50) poisoning combined with hemorrhagic shock. The pharmacologic action and cure principle of MHb forming agents in the common cyanide poisoing were not simply transplanted to the poisoning combined injury model. It might be better pharmacologic parameter to be used in combined injury model. Additionally, it suggested that a systemic cure method should be adopted in cyanide posioning combined with hemorrhagic shock rats.
