Obiject: To compare and analyze the defference and influence of risk factors among Uygur races and Hans races coronary heart patient in XinJiang. Methods: 268 patients with CHD dignosed by CAG were analyzied from consective angiogrophy data base, and they were divided into Uygur races group (n=80) and Han races group (n=188). Design the graphy to survey the risk factors of CHD and CAG results of all patients. The risk factors of CHD, CAD characteristics and clustering of risk factors based on overwight (hypertersion, DM, high serm triglycerides, low high density lipoportein) were compered and analyzied. Results: Hypertersion, dislipidemia, overwight, smokening and DM are both Uygurs and Hans' major risk factors of CHD. Uygurs have much more overwight than those of Hans (P<0.01). Among patients with triglycerides, Uygurs have much more low high density lipoportein than those of Hans (P < 0.05). The proportions of 3 risk fators are higher (P < 0.05), and 1 risk fator is lower in Uygurs (P < 0.05). The lesion of Uygurs' CHD patients are more severer than Hans': more 3 branchs lesion(P < 0.05)and more 75%-99% branchs lesion(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Hypertersion, dislipidemia, overwight, smokening and DM are the.major risk factors of CHD. Overwight and low high density lipoportein are the important riskfactors of CHD in Uygurs. The clustering of risk factors based on overnight is usually in Uygurs. Uygurs patients suffer more severer lesion of coronary arteries as compared with Hans.
