Coronary Heart Disease is the most common cause of death in developed countries.Early identification and aggressive modification of risk factors offer the most promising approach to reducing the burden of CHD.And now it had focus attention on primary prevention with the cluster of CHD risk factors. There is so high morbidity of CHD in Xinjiang, it is a new way to prevent atherosclerosis on studying the serum Fibrino-Gen level with CHD and Association of serum Fibrino-Gen gene Polymorphisms in the Races of the Urgur and the Hans in Xinjiang.AIM: 1) To evaluate the relationship between serum fibrinogen (Fg) level and the type, the risk factors and the severity of coronary lesions due to coronary heart disease (CHD) in Xinjiang Uygur and Hans group. 2) To investigate the frequency of beta-fibrinogen (beta-Fg) gene-148C/T and -455G/A polymorphisms and their association with plasma fibrinogen levels in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in Xinjiang Uygur and Hans group.3) To understand the clinical and the angiographic characteristics of the Uygur nationality and Han nationality with coronary heart disease of Xinjiang area in China.METHOD: 1) In 302 patients, according to coronary angiogra-phy,...
