Objective To diagnosis nonneurogenic dysuresia in female with videourodynamics. It is helpful to improve status that the disease is diagnosed by experience. Methods Materials: Fifty-nine cases come from who undertake videourodynamic check from 2002-2006. All patients are female, age 18-76 years, mean age 55.6 years. All patients complaint LUTS (Low Urinary Tract Symptoms), that include urgency, frequency, difficulty of urination. All patients deny neurogenic history, diabetes mellitus history, urinary infection history, pelvic operation history, urinary abnormity history, specificity infection history. Some patients have childbearing history. Some cases are removed who can not urinate during examination. Methods: All cases are undertake video urodynamics check. Parameter include age, symptom, volume of residual, bladder capacity, Qmax, Pet at Qmax, detrusor instability. Some cases of diagnosed as BOO are operated. In my study, BOO is defined as radiographic evidence of obstruction between the bladder neck and distal urethra in the presence of a sustained detusor contraction of any magnitude, which was usually associated with reduced or delayed urinary flow rate. Radiographic obstruction at the bladder neck was diagnosed when the bladder neck was closed or narrow during voiding. Radiographic obstruction of the urethra was diagnosed as a discrete area of narrowing, associated with proximal dilatation. We don't use strict pressure-flowcriteria to diagnose BOO in female. Results Forty-five cases are diagnosised bladder outlet obstruction, meanQmax 8.93±4.85ml/s, mean Pdet at Qmax 52.65 +25.55cmH2O. Fourteen cases are diagnosised normal, mean Qmax 15.99 + 10.86ml/s, mean Pdet at Qmax 25.22 + 13.95 cmtkO. Qmax of obstruction group is smaller than normal group (PO.05), Pdet at Qmax of obstruction group is higher than normal group (PO.05). No difference between two groups in age (PO.05), no difference between two groups in symptom, volume of residual, bladder capacity, detrusor instability(PO.05). Obstructed cases are treated by operation, and the diagnosis proved to be correct. Conclusions To diagnosis nonneurogenic dysuresia in female with videourodynamics and classification. Locate bladder outlet obstruction with video urodynamics, that is advantageous to treatment.
