Expression And Significance Of The Fas,Bcl-2 Protein And Vascular Endothelia Growth Factor In Hemorrhage After Mifepristone

Objective: To investigate the expression of the apoptosis gene Fas , Bcl-2 protein and Vascular Endothelia Growth Factor in early pregnant chorionic villi /deciduas and hemorrhage after mifepristone induced abortion. To discuss the roles of these factors in the effects of mifepristone on apoptosis and the hemorrhage after mifepristone.Methods: The flow cytometry was used to detect about three groups. The expression of the Fas protein , Bcl-2 protein and Vascular Endothelia Growth Factor in early pregnant chorionic villi and deciduas were determined by the immunocytochemical method from 25cases of requesting termination of pregnancy by curettage,15cases of incomplete medical abortion group and termination of pregnancy curettage group,25 cases of complete by medical abortion group.Result: Apoptotic rates in early pregnant chorionic villi and deciduas :The apoptotic rates of chorionic villi cell in complete abortion group were significantly higher han that in normal early pregnant and the incomplete abortion group. (P<0.01, P<0.05);Fas expression level in complete abortion group were significantly higher than that in early pregnant and the incomplete abortion group. (P < 0.05, P < 0.01);Bcl-2 expression level in complete abortion group were significantly lower than that in early pregnant and the incomplete abortion group. (P < 0.01, P < 0.01);the vegf protein haven t detected in in early pregnant chorionic villi,Vegf expression level in deciduas cell of the incomplete abortion group were significantly higher than that in the incomplete abortion group. (P <0.05)Conclusion: mifepristone increased apoptosis in early pregnant chorionic villi cell and deciduas cells. The action of mifepristone to chorionic villi higher than deciduas cells. Thefas gene play a important role in the way of mifepristone induce the chorionic villi cell and deciduas cells apoptosis. The vegf protein has an effect to the incomplete abortion group.
