Objective We analyze the feature of diffuse fatty liver's 1H magnetic resonancespectroscopy(1H MRS) graphic, then investigate the relationship between lipid peakand fatty liver, by this way ,we approach the feasibility of quantitative detecting fattyliver by 1H MR spectroscopy(1H MRS) imaging. Methods First, we bolting 28 patients with diffuse fatty liver and 20 normalcontrast by Ultrasonography, then divide the patients to three group(light, midrange,Severity);second, all person scanned by MR plain, 1H MRS imaging, acquired H2Opeak and lipid peak;at last, The peak value was measured and the areas under thepeaks were calculated by the software and compare the concordance with the results ofultrasonography. Results The results of 1H MRS were in according with the results of ultrasonographyexcept one example. H2O peak hasn't obvious difference between these fatty liverpatients and normal contrast(P>0.05 ) , but lipid peak has obvious difference betweenthese two groups and in case of fatty liver(P<0.005).Conclusion 1H MRS imaging provides the possibility of quantitative detecting fattyliver.
