Objective:1. To investigate the feasibility on partial hepaticexcision by biliary tract embolization with drugs .2. To investigate the effect on partial hepatic excisionby biliary tract embolization with drugs .3. Though the results of this experiment, carry thoughthe filter of biliary duct embolic agent. Method:1. Choose the combination of phenol andcyanonacrylate or single phenol as the embolic agents, Theinfluence of CBDE on liver weight and hepatic functionwas discussed; The effect of chemical hepatectomy wasalso observed by the change of hepatic histology; Thus, theeffect of two embolic was compared.2. The destroy effect of phenol on biliary mucosa wasobserved; The degree of biliary duct lumen was occluded; We also observed the ability of cyanonacrylate thatdispersing to the twig of biliary duct, in order to analysisweather the combination of sclerosant and adhesive agentcan completely embolize the target biliary system. Results:1. CBDE can simultaneously oppress and obstruct theadjacent hepatic artery and portal vein, induce thehepatocyte to massively die out, replaced by proliferativebiliary ductules and collagen;Embolized hepatic lobe wasobviously athrophy and fibrosis. In its peripheral part, thehepatocyte did not exist, thus, the complete effect ofchemical hepatectomy was attained.2. Phenol, abusolate ethanol can preferably destroythe mucosa of intrahepatic biliary duct, can arouse theocclusion of biliary duct cavity, also can occlude the smallbiliary duct;Cyanoacrylate can disperse to the twig ofbiliary duct;On the basic effect of sclerosant, the biliaryduct can be occluded more completely by adhesive agent.3. As the embolic agent, the combination of phenoland cyanoacrylate has better effect than the single ofphenol.Conclusion:1. Biliary tract embolization with drugs is feasibleand safe. The effect of partial hepatic excision can bepossibly achieved.2 Biliary tract embolization with drugs can possiblyprevent the production of hepatolithiasis, possiblely canattain the effect of partial resecting the focus of hepaticsegment excision.
