Cause,Prevention And Treatment Of Iatrogenic Bile Duct Injury

Object: To explore the cause,revention and treatmenton the iatrogenic bile duct injury.Methods :Retrospective analysis of clinical data was 10patients of iatrogenic bile duct injury in our hospital from2000 to 2005。Results:The among 10 cases of bile duct injury ,onlyone case was found and repaired at the initial operation,the rest nine cases were transferred our hospital from basiclevel hospital. Five cases of the total arecholecystolithiasis,three cases are gallbladder polypus,one case is acute cholecystitis. The inequality jaundiceand the postoperatively peritonitis were diagnosed.Thereis one patient with an end-to-end bile duct repair over a"T"-tube,two patients with bile duct solution over a "T"-tube and six patients with Roux-en-y cholangiojunostomy.Follow-up visit all cases,there never was bile duc angustyand cholangitis.Conclusion:The incidence rate of iatrogenic bile ductinjury was altus in the basic level hospital. Theprophylaxis of bile duct injury is important point. If bileduct injury occurrence ,it should be found and treatedearly. The bile duct injury can get a good outcome and safewith Roux-en-Y cholangiojunostomy.
