objective: To invistgate the changes and the correlation about Lipoprotein(a)(LPa), Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-Ⅰ (PAI-1) and Fibrinogen(Fg) in uigur male patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Methods: The serum Lipoprotein(a), Absorb(OD) of the plasma Plasminogn activator inhibitor-Ⅰ and the plasma Fibrinogen were detected in 119 uigur males.66 patients with acute coronary syndromes were ACS group;the other 53 subjects without coronary heart disease(CHD)were control group. Results: There were significantly different in serum Lpa, plasma PAI-1 and Fg between the ACS group and the control group (LPa 422.32±201.69mmol/L vs 246.360±80.98mmol/L;PAI-1 OD1.276± 0.831 VS 0.369±0.418;Fg4.688±0.970g/L VS 3.515± 0.507g/L, P<0.05). The levels of PAI-1 in the subjects with LPa>300 mmol/L (n=55) were 1.182±0.842,and the levels of Fg in them were 4.563±0.980g/L,while the levels of PAI-1 with LPa<300 mmol/L (n=64 ) were 0.605±0.691,and their levels of Fg were 3.824±0.864g/L. There were significantly different between two groups. There are positive correlation between the levels of LPa and PAI-1 (r=0.427,P<0.001),and between the levels of LPa and Fg (r=0.441, p<0.001). Conclusion: The Uigur male patients with ACS had significant increased levels of Lp(a),PAI-1 and Fg, and the subjects who had higher levels of Lipoprotein(a) had higher levels of Plasminogen activator inhibitor-Ⅰ and fibrinogen simultaneously. It proved that Lp(a), PAI-1 and Fg may be risk factors of CHD in Uigur male patients.
