Objective: pressing the Wister rat' s the facial nerve, the experimental model of facial paralysis was made and using HE dyeing technology to observe the pathological changes after traumatic facial nerve injury, to indicate the facial nerve' s pathological changes after the facial nerve' s bone canal fracture and the high peak of the putrescence and denaturalization of the facial nerve. Through analysis of recovery related factors in temporal traumatic facial paralysis fracture, to know the relation between the surgical operation time and the effection.Methods: Clinical data of 115patients with temporal traumatic facial paralysis is review analysis. Using pressing the Wister rats facial nerve bone tube to establish the experimented model for study of nerve injury and using HE dyeing technology to observe the pathological changes. The clinical results were analyzed with X2 statistics method.Results: The animal experimental model indicates the facial nerve' s bone canal fracture can make the facial nerve hyperaemia, strut, and putrescence, denaturalization and with the Schwann cell and the cell become more and more, taking on the restore evidence. The high peak of the putrescence and denaturalization of the facial nerve is 28th after trauma. The Clinical data express the more early surgical operation time the more effective.Conclusion: 1:The animal experimental model express the pathological changes after traumatic facial nerve injury are hyperaemia strut and putrescence denaturalization, the hyperaemia strut happen in the 14th day, the high peak of the putrescence and denaturalization of the facial nerve happen in the 28th day aftertrauma, the facial nerve decompression should be tried to do within the 4th week after the facial nerve injury,2: The clinical data express the more early surgical operation time the more effective ,the operation is more effective than the drug decompression although the facial nerve decompression after 2 months was done.
