The Patients with peripheral facial paralysis within 15 days will be recovered much better. 3.7 cases traumatic,9 cases otitis media,3 cases tumors and 2 cases mastoid surgery were received surgical treatments. The facial nerve function of patients within 2 months were recovered better than that of more than 2 months.Conclusions1. The incidence of facial paralysis caused by Bell paralysis and traumatic is higher than that caused by otitis media, mastoid surgery, Hunt syndrome and tumor.2.
