Object: Observe anti-angiogensis activities of three extracts from Chinese anti-tumormedicine drugs, melittin, norcantharidin and bufalin, and find out the relationship betweenanti-angiogensis and anti-tumor concentrations of them.Method: Using MTT array to test the inhibitory effect of melittin, norcantharidin andbufalin on HepG2 and ECV304 cells in different times and concentrations, and analyzingtheir own concentration-effect and time-effect relationship, calculating their IC50. And totest the anti-angiogensis effect in vivo using method of CAM.Result: Melittin, norcantharidin and bufalin all have inhibition growth effect on HepG2and ECV304 cells with different level, and have concentration and time dependence. It canbe seen that different concentrations of these three drugs all can inhibit the angiogenesis ofCAM (p<0.01) with concentration dependency. Conclusion: Melittin, norcantharidin and bufalin all have activities of inhibiting vascularendothelial cell and anti-angiogenesis.
