The Study On The Treatment Of Severe Acute Pancreatitis By Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine

Objective: To find out clinical analysis of severe acute pancreatitis Methods: We collected 1529 cases of AP admitted to TianJin NanKai hospital from year 2000 to year 2005,find out 117 case of SAP from them to study and analyse by the numbers. Results: (1) the numbers of SAP went up gradually.(2) the incidence of biliary SAP is the upmost, the incidence of hyperlipdemic SAP is up gradually,and the incidence of alcohlolic SAP is failed gradually.(3)the incidence of womam's hyperlipdemic SAP is higher than man's, the incidence of mam's alcohlolic SAP is higher than woman's.(4) the APACHE-II (48h)scoring of 64.96% is 8-10. Conclusion: SAP is still a severe disease threatening people's health, recently ,people'level is higher gradually and the habit of eating is alter. So the reason of SAP is alter too. The APACHE-II scoring (48h) isvery significative to judge state and prognosis of SAP.
