ACS is composed of STAMI, NSTAMI and UA. For ACS always results in the death or deformity, the attention is increasing. The mechanism and forecast of Hazard from Coronary artery is the hotspot. However the conclude is not clear. The report on the vein biology study of ACS is increasing. Per phase of ACS accrues with ED, the dysfunction of endodermis is the key step of CASET and FBG When ACS patient accrues the evident height of ED, ET and FBG, the Plasma ET and FBG of ACS patient can reflect the dysfunction of endodermis. Hirudin curing ACS can evident decreases ET and FBG, heighten endodermis function. The relative reports are very little, so this study wants to determine both the ET and FBG of the ACS patient prior and after treatment, discuss the value of ET and FBG in ACS and the effect of endodermis function of Hirudin.Method:Select 68 coronary heart disease(CHD) patient confirmed by coronary arteriography departing two teams:1. Comparison Team: stable angina team(SA), 26 cases, only coronary arteriography, routine nitrates medication, aspirin.2. Espial Team: ACS team, 42 cases, stochastic departing into two teams1) LM\A/H Team: 22 cases, use LMWH based on the treatment of Comparison Team;2) Shuxuetong Team: 20 cases, use Shuxuetong based on the treatment of LMWH Team.Comparison Team and Espial Team will respectively phlebotomize one time on 6:00 am at the 8th day prior and after treatment,5ml,separate blood serum and kept in referigratory of — 10V. determine chroma of ET and FBG in the same time.. Results:Before the treatment, the chroma of ET and FBG is evidently more height in Espial Team than Comparison Team. In thethird week after the treatment, the chroma of ET and FBG is evidently lower in Shuxuetong Team than LMWH Team(p< 0.05), cruor function is better in Shuxuetong Team than Comparison Team and LMWH Team, APTT and PT prolongs, but INR does not exceed 3(it is meet with the state standards, INR<3).Discussion:Vein endodermis covers all vein wall of body, it is the important parts of the body. Mr. Anderson's study proves vein endodermis cell is not only the selective barrier of the blood and the organic, but also the biggest internal, outer and self secretion metabolize organic, bringing and secreting several tens kinds of biology energid, controlling the shrink and open of vein, thrombosis, blood platelet activation and restraining. Mr. Gimbrone proves that the endodermis function barrier always accrues when the function changes or function lack of the above aspect, so it can result in the increase of vein wall tension, the exterior factor of block cracked, and the evidentchanges of cut power increase from the blood stream acting on vein block. It can be one of the recently prognostic indexes evaluating ACS.ET is polypeptides which is composed of 21 amino acid secreted by endodermis cell.
