| Objective: investigate the normal arthral genu anatomically,in order to provide accurate data based on anatomy for thediagnosis of knee joint disease.Methods:Select 30 ambi-articulatio kneejoint disease that 18-65 years old and was fixed by formalin for 1-2 years atrandom. These articulatio coaxes exclused affection case history and shapeanisotrophy are all normal. Using the tools such as sliding caliper(accuracyrating 0.02mm), tape rule,pin, conimeter with plumb, flashlight etal anatomyand measure euthyphorialy: the dolicho of lateral patellar retinaculumligament;the width and dolicho oflateral collateral ligament;the width ofpostal exterior margin of ACL with the knee joint being at 0 o,90 o and theincluded angle with the transverse plane;the width and thickness of 1/3 ofACL being at 0 o, 90 o;Ablating ACL, we measure attachment region of itsthighbone and shinbone;wildth and length of posterior cruciate ligament;length and middle point wildth of fore and postal meniscofemoral ligament;the thickness,wildth and length of common ligament of knee of weber;sagittal diameter,diameter transversa, dividatur broad, post broadcircumferentia length, debouchement length of exterior and lateral meniscus;Results: ①the length ,starting point width ,insertion width ,starting point thickness of lateral ligamentum transversum: 19.4±4.0mm,31.5±6.5mm,19.6±3.2 mm,1.9±0.5 mm;②the length ,starting pointwidth ,insertion width ,starting point thickness of epicondyle ligament ofpatella: 54.7±6.4mm,15.9±2.5mm,5.8±1.0 mm,1.0±0.3 mm;③thewidth,thickness of bursa supragenual wall crypt: 2.25±0.43 cm,0.79±0.26cm;the width,thickness of bursa supragenual cornucopia: 1.69±0.40 cm,0.69±0.23 cm;the width,thickness of anteriomedialis crypt: 2.95±0.41cm,1.14±0.5 cm;the width,thickness of fore lateral recess: 2.96±0.62 cm,1.74±0.53 cm;the width,thickness of post upper wall recess: 1.78±0.34cm ,0.99±0.36 cm④the width,thickness of articulatio genu, the width,thickness of anteriomedialis lip and postal lateral lip when it is at 0o:10.06±1.28cm,5.88±1.22cm,41.12±3.86cm, 42o28′±8o28′,16.88±3.20cm,55o28′±8o05′;the width,thickness of articulatio genu, the width,thickness of anteriomedialis lip and postal lateral lip when it is at 90o:9.27±1.38cm,6.85±1.22cm,40.22±4.23cm, 23o02′±6o08′,15.85±3.04cm,62o27′±9o28′;⑤the length ,wildth of fore meniscofemoral ligaments: 29.08±3.14mm,4.36±1.21mm;the length ,wildth of postal meniscofemoralligaments: 32.04±3.48mm,4.88±0.59;⑥the length ,wildth and thicknessof common ligament of knee of Weber: 39.2±3.9 mm,4.5±0.5mm,3.4±0.4mm;⑦the sagittal diameter, diameter transversa, latus dividatur wideth,aboral dividatur wideth. the length ofperipheral lip, the length of debouchof wall meniscal: 39.89±3.95cm,26.61±2.42cm,7.92±0.99cm,15.63±2.03 cm,80.46±7.76cm,25.99±2.79cm;the sagittal diameter, diametertransversa, atus dividatur wideth, aboral dividatur wideth. the length of peripherallip, the length of debouch of lateral meniscus : 33.07±2.94cm,28.30±2.69cm,11.31±2.78cm,14.26±0.42 cm,86.29±2.78cm,9.53±1.99cm;conclusion: from clinical anatomy and summarying multiplicitialnumerical dat, our thesis surveys and describe statistically normal anatomicstructure about, and elucidate significance of articulatio genu's architecture.There are important guidance to some disease of articulatio genus andclinical surgerual treatment.
