The Mental Health Investigation Of Metabolism Symptom Complex Cases

Objective: To understand the social psychology factor of metabolism symptom complex cases and to investigate the mental health status, the social psychology factor that affect mental health, and to analyze the correlation of metabolism symptom complex and mental health. Methods: to investigate mental health of 500 cases by whole group random sampling, and blood glucose, blood fat, blood pressure, body height, and body weight of 250 patients were measured. The Control group is 500 employee of hospital,environmental protection department,school and bank in Urumqi. Results: 1) the quantity of stimulus in the case group was higher than that in the control group; the quantity of stimulus of positive events of high-ranking professional title group was the greatest. It was higher than professional title group that the quantity of stimulus of negative events and gross life event of no professional title group ; the quantity of stimulus of positive events of more income groups was higher, while the quantity of stimulus of negative events of less income groups was higher. 2) the objective support score and the total score of case group were higher than the control group; the support availability of female was higher than male slightly; the support availability of high-ranking and middle level professional title group were higher than that of primary professional title group; the subject support score, objective support score and total score of professional title group were higher than that of no professional title group; social support score of the cases of higher income level was higher than that of the cases of lower income level. 3) the GWB positive direction score of observation group was lower than the control group; while the GWB opposite direction score of observation group was higher than the control group; the positive...
