| [Objective]The incidence of carcinoma of endometrium has increased in the recent years. The patients' living time has been prolonged with the development of Modern Medicine. As the living ratio after operation being up 70%, the patients' living quantity has been noticed. It's the duty of a gynecologic doctor to relive the patients' discomfort. The traditional point is that the estrogen replacement therapy is prohibited after operation, because estrogen will improve the tumor growing and recurring. But it's only the traditional point, it needs ample evidence. So it must be careful for the patients after operation to receive hormonal replacement therapy.According to the symptom of the patients after operation, the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)called it "pre-postmenstrual syndromes". TCM thinks that kidney, tiangui, thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel were correlated to the menstruation and procreation. Professional TaoLili has treated pre-postmenstrual syndromes by Tab. GengNian' an for many years, and succeed. So she thinks using Tab. GengNian'an to treat the patients after operation to improve their living quantity.Now, in order to conform the safety of Tab. GengNian'an to the patients after operation to improve their living quantity, we will study on the influence of Tab. GengNian' an to the ultrastructure of human endometrial carcinoma in nude mice.[Methods]Using HEC-1-B cell line, and BASLB/L nude, establish human endometrialcarcinoma model in nude mice. 47 nude mice were divided into five groups (the Zhaomo group 3 nudes, GengNian'an group 11 nudes, estrogen group 11 nudes, estrogen and progesterone group 11 nudes, control group 11 nudes) .When the tumor been growth, kill the Zhaomo group mice, and get the tumor, observe the its' form, its' ultrastructure by the optic microscope and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The other 4 groups mice were fed by GengNian'an, Premarin, Medroxyprogesterone Acetate, and physiological saline for 4 weeks, measure the tumor and calculate its volume twice every week , draw its growing picture, and then were killed. The tumor tissue was got, and changes of ultrastructure were observed.[Results!1. The tumor growing speed between the GengNian' an group and control group has no significant difference (P>0. 05);between the estrogen group and estrogen+ progesterone group also has no significant difference (P>0. 05);but the speed in the estrogen group and estrogen+ progesterone group are quicker than that in the GengNian'an group and control group (P<0. 05) .2. the tumor is round or ellipse, with complete encapsulation;the tissue is hard and fragile, the activity is good. The tissue in the middle of the tumor is necrotic. When the tumor is got, the encapsulation is complete, the section is pellet. All the nude are emaciation, which is obvious in the estrogen group, estrogen and progesterone group.3. Under the optic microscope: The cell' s arrangement like furor, the glandular cavity is less, the kernel is big, the kernel core is obvious, karyokinesis is much, the pars of tissue is necrotic.4. Under the TEM: The character of Zhaomo grou ultrastructure accord with human endometrial adenocarcinoma. 4 weeks later, the results: Ultrastructure of GengNian' an group and control group mice accord with that of Zhaomo grouproughly. Ultrastructure of estrogen group, estrogen and progesterone group changes more, when compared with that of Zhaomo group.[Conclusions^Tab. GengNian' an has no influence to human endometrial carcinoma in nudemice, but estrogen (premarine) can improve tumor growing. So it apply scientific function for the safety of the endometrial adenocarcinoma patients after operation to accept treament of Tab. GengNian' an.
