The Clinical Study On Replenishing Qi To Invigorate Blood Decoction Treat Qi Deficiency In Spleen And Kidney-Type Nephrotic Syndrome

ObjectiveBy observing the symptom of the 24 case nephrotic syndrome(NS) children after taking replenishing Qi to invigorate blood decoction, to discuss the advantage by using replenishing Qi to invigorate blood treat NS and the effect theory of relation of the blood stasis and NS.MethodWe randomly devide 34 cases diagnosed Qi deficiency in spleen and kidney-type NS into two groups, 24 cases taking both replenishing Qi to invigorate blood decoction and Prednisone(treat group), 10 cases taking Prednisone(comparison group). The 34 cases NS children all undertake Prednisone treatment. The gross at the beginning is 1. 5-2. 0 mg/kg · d, taking three times a day and is decreased 2.5-5mg every time after 4-8 weeds. Simultanously the 34 cases adopt the same symptomatic treatment, including anti-infection, treating high blood pressure, retrieving Water-Electrolyte disturbance and so on. The treat group take one dose replenishing Qi to invigorate blood decoction a day, composing of huangqil5g, taizishenl5g, danpilOg, zexielOg, baimaogen20g, fulinl5g, yimucao15g, guizhi6g, shanzal5g. The dose is suit for six years old children and is plused or minused according to the age and body weight. And the Chinese medicine is plused or minused according to the symdom. We detect the quantitate of 24 hour urine protein, sero-albuminous and fill the observation schedule before treating, after 1 weed later, 2 weeds later and 4 weeds later to compare the difference of the therapeutic effect of the two groups.ResultThe quantitate of 24 hour urine protein after 1 weed, 2 weeds or 4 weeds in treat group or comparison group less than before treatment(P<0.05), which have significant deviations. While the differences of the quantitate of 24 hour urine protein after 1 weed, 2 weeds or 4 weeds and before treatment in treat group show no significant deviation (P>0.05). The quantitate of 24 hour urine protein after 2 weeds or 4 weeds in treat group less than before treatment(P<0.05),which have significant deviations. The difference of thequantitate of 24 hour urine protein after 2 weeds or 4 weeds and before treat in comparison group is no significant deviation (P>0.05),and or so the difference the quantitate of 24 hour urine protein after 4 weeds and before treat in two groups(P>0.05). The sero-alburainous after treatment is effective than before treatment in two groups (P<0.05). And there is significant deviations between the two groups (P<0. 05).The curative effect score after 1 weed,2 weeds or 4 weeds in treat group display no significant deviations with comparison group(P>0. 05).ConclusionTreatment of Replenishing Qi to Invigorate Blood Decoction, compared whit simple Prednisone treatment, improve the sero-albuminous of the Qi deficiency in spleen and kidney-type nephrotic syndrome. It also reduces the hyperproteinuria ang improve the clinical symptom, but it is no difference with simple Prednisone treatment, that the reasons are likely to the lack of cases, short observed time or the low compliance of the comparison group.
