The Clinical Research In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Hypothyroidism Through Replenishing Qi To Invigorate The Spleen, Warming Yang And Invigorate The Circulation Of Blood

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,warming yang and invigorate the circulation of blood in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypothyroidism,and to explore its mechanism,in order to direct the surgery therapy.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypothyroidism into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group.The control group to take basic treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the basic treament added yiqihuoxue Decoction.During 8 weeks observation,analysis of two groups of patients with blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,thyroid function,blood lipid,fibrinogen,symptom and other indicators.Results:After the 8 week's treatment,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,thyroid function,blood lipid,fibrinogen,traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved compared with the previous.The overall effect of treatment group was better than the control group.No adverse reaction was found during the test.Conclusion:The method of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,warming yang and invigorate the circulation of blood has a significant effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypothyroidism.To improve the symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid,thyroid function and other aspects of a significant advantage.
