Objective:Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is a commmon clinical process, such as extracorporeal circulation, organ transplantation, myocardial infarction, brain stroke, shock et al. All of these involve ischemia-reperfusion.It is very important how to prevend and control it for clinical work. The mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion is more complex, involving many links. At present many scholars are exporing and studying it from deferent angles. Especially the activiated nuclear transcription factor kappa B(NF-κB)by free radicals perhaps plays an important role during ischemia-reperfusion.Nuclear transcription factor is a group of protein, which are able to combine with some promoter of the fixed ribonucleotide sequence and orignate gene transcription. NF-κB is a group of important protein which was discovered in extracted materals from lymphocyte nucleus by Sen and Baltimore in 1986. They can combine with theκlight chain of enhancer of immune globuline uniquely and the enhancer is a segment of 10 bp nucleotide sequence(GGGACTTTCC). We call them NF-κB. Lately it was found that the location with which NF-κB can...
