In recent years, with the onco-genes and anti-oncogenes being found, the investigations to tumor have enteres molecular level. The results from investigations have shown that genesis and development of tumor are related to abnormal regulation of the cell cycle. Cell must control the express of the cell cycle. Strict to its son cells exactly. Whether the cell cycle can be switched on and continue cell proliferation or not is mainly controled by the regulatory point of G1 stage. It determines whether the cell can pass G1 stage and enter S stage or not. There are lots of reasons have relationship with abnormal regulation of the cell cycle. The cell cycle regulators (PTEN, p27) play vital roles in the regulatory process of the cell cycle. It has been reported in pertinent literature that those regulators play pretty vital role in the genesis and progress of many tumors such as gastric cancer, cancer of colon, ect, but little in esophageal cancer. The percentage of PCNA positive cell can be one of an important markes that reflect cellproliferation active, so we can judge the cell growth speed objectively according to it.The objectives of our investigations are to study... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | PTEN, p27, PCNA, Immunohistochemistry SP method, Follow cytomctry, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, normal esophageal mucosa | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
