The Immediate Effect Of Acupuncture The Baihui To Qianding On The Blood Pressure

Objective:To observe the changes of the immediate blood pressure in the normal young adults group,normal middle-aged adults group and middle- aged hypertension patients group when acupuncture the Baihui(DU20) to Qiandin(DU21) by the ECG monitor, explore the affection of acupuncture to the blood pressure immediately between normal blood pressure and hypertension, clarify the relativity of among instering needle,staying needle , twisting needle,withdrawing needle and out of needle with the variety of the blood pressure , provide the theories for the clinical acupuncture.Method:20 normal young adults,20 normal middle-aged adults and 20 hypertension middle-aged patients that all can accept the acupuncture and have no syncope needle disease history.In peaceful condition, acupuncture the Baihui (DU20) to Qiandin(DU21) and carry on instering,twisting and withdrawing the needle, recording the number of SBP and DBP at the same time.Result: (1)In the goung adults group after acupunture,there was no significant intra-group difference of SBP and DBP in every observing time(P>0.05);(2) In the normal middle-aged adults group after acupunture,there was intra-group difference of SBP at staying needle 15min(P<0.05) compared with before needle,there were significant intra-group differences of SBP at staying needle 20min,25min and 30min(P < 0.01),there were intra-group differences of SBP at out of needle 5min and 10min(P<0.05);DBP were the same with SBP;(3) In the middle-aged hypertension patients group after acupunture,there was intra-group difference of SBP at staying needle 10min(P < 0.05) compared with before needle,there was significant intra-group difference of SBP atstaying needle 15min(P < 0.01),there was very significant intra-group difference of SBP at staying needle 20min(P< 0.001), there were significant intra-group differences of SBP at staying needle 25min and 30min(P < 0.01), there was intra-group difference of SBP at out of needle 5min(P< 0.05);there was significant intra-group difference of DBP at staying needle 10min(P < 0.01), there were very significant intra-group differences of DBP at staying needle 15min,20min,25min and 30min(P< 0.001), there was significant intra-group difference of DBP at out of needle 5min(P < 0.01), there was intra-group difference of DBP at out of needle 10min(P<0.05);(4)To compare the depressed extent of SBP and DBP between normal middle-aged adults group and middle-aged hypertension patients group at the same time,there was inter-group difference of SBP at staying needle 5min(P< 0.05), there was significant inter-group difference of SBP at staying needle lOmin (P<0.01);there were significant inter-group difference of DBP at staying needle lOmin and 15minConclusion: Acupuncture Baihui to Qianding has no obvious immediate effect to blood pressure in normal young adults group;Acupuncture Baihui to Qianding can decrease blood pressure while instering, twisting and withdrawing the needle in middle-aged adults,but still within the normal range;Acupuncture Baihui to Qianding can decrease SBP and DBP immediately in middle-aged hypertension patients group;To compare the depressed extent of blood pressure between normal middle-aged adults group and middle-aged hypertension patients group at the same time, the depressed extent of SBP and DBP of middle-aged hypertension patients group more remarkbly than that of normal middle-aged adults group.
