Experimental Research On Recruitment Function Of Add-Subtract Two Solstices Pill To Iron Deficiency Anemia Model Rats

Objective: To study the mechanism of recruitment function of Add-Subtract(AS) two solstices pill in treating Iron Deficiency Anemia(IDA) rats.Methods: The 80 four weeks old SD rats were divided into 8 groups at random.ie.normal group,physiological saline solution group, Western medicine (ferrous sulfate ) group, angelica tonify the blood decoction group, tonify the blood decoction add chalybeate group, AS two solstices pill group, AS two solstices pill add chalybeate group,AS two solstices pill add semi-dose chalybeate group.The seven group were feeded by low iron except normal group.From 3rd week, bloodletting 20 drops from caudal vein every two days and persistin five weeks. Mensuring haemoglobin(Hb) , serum ferritin(SF) to prove IDA model were established. In the following 30 days, the normal group does not do any treatment, but the others group were treated by physiological saline solution, ferrous sulfate, angelica tonify the blood decoction, tonify the blood decoction add chalybeate, AS two solstices pill,AS two solstices pill add chalybeate respectively. The therapeutic effects of AS two solstices pill on IDA were observed with the changes of the general physical status of the rats,Dynamic haemoglobin, serum ferritin(SF), free erythrocyte protoporphyrin(FEP) and the levels of IL-2, IL-6 in serum.Results: There is a significant difference between the levels of Hb,SF, FEP of model groups and normal group. The syndrome of every treatment groups is much better than physiological saline solution group, and recover gradually. The Hb, SF, FEP and IL-2, IL-6 were recover gradually. But the improvement of AS two solstices pill add chalybeate group is comparatively obvious.Conclusions: AS two solstices pill add chalybeate has obvious therapeutic action on IDA model rats.It can improve the Hb,SF obvious and reduce FEP.There curative effect of AS two solstices pill add chalybeate is much better than that of simplicity chalybeate,angelica tonify the blood decoction and AS two solstices pill.But there is similar curative effect between AS two solstices pill add general chalybeate and add semi-dose chalybeate.The fuction in adjusting immunity turbulence of AS two solstices pill and AS two solstices pill add chalybeate is much better than the other treating groups.
