BACKGROUND:At the present time, liver transplantation has become a standard treatment for the end-stage liver disease and primary liver cancer. Every center of transplantation goes in for the foundation investigation on liver transplantation and use it to save many people's lives. How to decrease the ischemic reperfusion injury of liver transplantation is still a problem. Prostaglandin E1 is able to participate in liver pathology and physiology adjustment extensively .It can amend the blood flow, protect the liver cell, adjust immunity reaction and so on. It has been widely used in so many hospitals. Lipo-prostaglandin E1 is the medicine to enclosure prostaglandin E1 into lipo microballoons whose diameter is 0.2μm. For the high affinity to affected blood vesssl , Lipo microballoons is the perfect drug carrier .It can carry PGE1 to specified pathological part. And under the protection of lipo microballoons barricade, the deactivation of PGE1 cuts down obviously in the lung. Lipo-PGE1 has lower side effect to PGE1 because the lipo-PGE1 dose is 1/10 to PGE1.So many research institutes carry out the research on the PGE1 protection of liver, but there are few report of the lipo-PGE1 effective on the grafts of rat orthotopic liver transplantation.PART I:Objective : To introduce an animal model of modified cuff technique of orthotopic liver transplantation in rat. Methods: 140 cases of rat orthotopic liver transplantation were performed by using the two-cuffed technique with some modification in graft harvesting, recipients anesthesia, the anastomoses of suprahepatic vena cava and the perioperative treatment. Results: of the last 80 cases, the mean time of anhepatic period was 13 minutes, and the mean operation time was 50 minutes .The achievement ratio of operation...
