FK506/PDTC Alleviate The Acute Allorejection Of Pancreaticoduodenal Transplantation In The Rats. | Posted on:2007-12-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Chen | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2144360185478125 | Subject:General surgery | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Part One Establish a pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model in the rats of diabetes mellitus. Objective: Establish a proper diabetes mellitus disease(DM) model in the Sprague- Dawley(SD) rats; establish a pancreaticoduodenal transplantation(PT) model in the DM rats. Methods: The models of DM rats are induced by Alloxan. Use this model as a recipient and transplant a healthy pancreas by using a microsurgery equipment and technique. Evaluate the effect of PT in the rat of DM by examining the levels of blood glucose and serum insulin in the stage of both fore- and past-transplantation.Results: Using a proper dosage of Alloxan can induce a successful model of DM in the rats, representing a higher blood glucose and lower serum insulin. The levels of blood glucose and serum insulin recovery the normal quickly, which means a successful model of PT in the rats. Conclusions: (1)Using a proper dosage of Alloxan can induce a successful model of DM in the rats. (2)Pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in the DM rats is a successful model and is a effective therapeutic manner to cure the DM rats. (3)The update of operation can improve the effect of PT model in the DM rats.
