Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of complex of Concentrated Autologous Bone-Marrow cells with different Carriers in treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH). Methods Animal models of bone defect of rabbit bilateral femoral heads were established in term of the Trapdoor method. They were divided into four groups:A Autologous bone graft group(n=8), B Allografts group(n=8) ,C Xenograft group(n=8),D Control group(n=8).The right femur head defect of A> B and C are repaired with Concentrated Autologous Bone-Marrow cells and Carriers ,while the left femur head defect are repaired with only carriers. In D group, the right femur head defect healed automatically while the left femur heads are normal control group. I Concentrated Autologous Bone-Marrow cells+ Autologous bone graft group(n=8); II Autologous bone graft group(n=8); III Concentrated Autologous Bone-Marrow cells+ Allografts group(n=8); IV Allografts group(n=8); V Concentrated Autologous Bone-Marrow cells+ Xenograft (RBX) group(n=8); VI Xenograft (RBX) group(n=8); VII Untreated Control group(n=8); VIII Normal Control group(n=8). Pathological and Radiological examination was studied at 4 8 12 weeks and computerized tomography were studyed at 12 weeks. Results (1) There are significant difference the right and left femur head defect of A, B and C group in Pathological and Radiological examination . (2) No significant difference are found between A and C group in Pathological and Radiological examination.CT and X-ray show high density alike fluffed cotton in low density absorb area in 4 8 weeks after operation in A and C group .In 12 weeks after operation, the desity in original bone defect area has neared to...
