Objective:1. To explore the plasma concentrations of adioponetin in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS), and the relations between adiponectin and fibrinogen, blood uric acid(UA), plasma glucose, plasma lipids, blood pressure. To explore the relations between adiponectin, fibrinogen, UA and scope of coronary artery lesion in coronary disease, and also to find out whether plasma concentration of adiponectin differed in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD) of different types.2. To explore the relationship of the plasma concentrations adiponectin between the obesity, the diabetic heart disease, and the hypertensive heart disease.3. To explore the influence of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) on the plasma concentrations of adiponectin in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
