Abstract/Summary:
Objective: This experiment focuses on the relationship between serum uric acidand the changes in the number of escherichia coli and bifidobacteria in the intestinal flora, and used the serum uric acid index to predict the changes of escherichia coli and bifidobacteria in the intestinal flora of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Research methods: The study subjects were randomly selected 60 healthy medical examiners from the Physical Examination Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai and 60 patients with acute coronary syndrome who were examined and treated in the inpatient department of Cardiology of our hospital.Patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into two groups according to normal and elevated uric acid.Blood is drawn to test the patient’s blood uric acid level, and stool is collected to detect the number of escherichia coli and bifidobacteriaExperimental results: This experiment was divided into two large groups, namely the healthy control group and the acute coronary syndrome group. The acute coronary syndrome group was divided into two subgroups according to the uric acid level, which were group I(normal uric acid group).),Group II(increased uric acid group).1.The serum uric acid content in the acute coronary syndrome group and the healthy control group was(389.62 ± 61.14)umol / l and(361.50 ± 49.91)umol / l,respectively, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).2.Fecal Escherichia coli and Helicobacter pylori in group II patients were significantly different from those in group Ⅰ(P <0.05),and the numbers of lactobacillus and bifidobacteria were significantly different from those in group Ⅰ(P <0.05).in conclusion :1.There is a certain relationship between uric acid and acute coronary syndrome;2.Uric acid metabolism in patients with acute coronary syndrome may be related to changes in the number of intestinal bacteria.Detection of serum uric acid levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome can be used to predict the trend of the number of intestinal flora in the corresponding patients and guide treatment...
