The Expression And Correlation Of TTF-1,MHC-1 In Autoimmune Thyroid Diseases

Objective This article was aim to explore the expression and correlation of TTF-1, MHC-1, IFN-γ at protein level in Autoimmune thyroid diseases.Methods The expression of TTF-1, MHC-1, DFN-γ at protein level in 19 cases of Graves' disease,22 cases of Hashimoto thyroiditis and 14 cases adjacent normal tissues of thyroid neoplasm were detected by immunohistochemistry respectively.Results (1).The immunoreactivity of MHC-1, TTF-1, IFN-γ in epithelial cells of Graves disease was higher than those in normal tissues (P=0.044, P=0.003, P=0.000) and The expression of MHC-1 had a positive relationship with the that of TTF-1 in Graves disease (r_s=0.494,P=0.031),but had not the same relationship with IFN-γ (r_s=0.048,P=0.851) .
