The Perioperative Treatment Of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective:To discuss the rational use of drug in the perioperative treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery .Methods:304 cases were randomly divided into treating groups and controlling one.Treating group A,36 cases,combine used corticosteroid drug use in nasal cavity (Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray),secretion expellant (Gelomyrtol Forte),chinese patent medicine (Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid) in the perioperative treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery . Treating group B,106 cases,used randomly two kind drugs. Treating group C,123 cases,used only one kind drug.And group D was controlling one,39 cases,did not use any drugs upwards.Results:The amount of bleeding during operation , the duration of cleaning in the operated cavity after FESS , the duration of epithelialization in the operated cavity after FESS , the curative effect between Treating group A,B,C and Controlling group were significantly different (P<0.05) .Conclusion: The corticosteroid drug use in nasal cavity (Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray),secretion expellant (Gelomyrtol Forte),chinese patent medicine (Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid) were the rational use of drugs in the perioperative treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery .
