Clinical Study On Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Treated By "Yi Fei Xiao Liu Fang" Combined With Chemotherapy(NP Regimen)

Objective: According to the pathogenic peculiarity of weak in spleen and stomach function,qi and yin deficiency,"yi fei xiao liu fang"based on the therapeutic principle of promoting qi and yin and strengthen spleen-stomach was studied out for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),combined with chemotherapy (NP regimen) to observe the effect of the treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on NSCLC.Methods: 45 subjects with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups, 24 patients in the treated group were administered with"yi fei xiao liu fang"and chemotherapy(NP regimen), 21 in the control group with chemotherapy alone. Objective effects and the changes of subjective symptoms were studied during two periods of treatment.Results: After two periods of treatment, the subjective symptoms,KPS,body weights,the tumor mark(CEA),immune parameters( CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,NK)were all significantly improved in the treated group, better than in the control one.But there was no difference between two groups on the size of focus,the toxicity occurent rate and toxic degree ware slighter in the treated group than in the control one.Conclusion:"yi fei xiao liu fang" and chemotherapy (NP regimen)have plusly curative effect on treating advanced NSCLC.
