| Objective: Based on the traditional understanding which is tumor caused by " healthyenergy is asthenic and evil sthenic ", this research chooses advanced NSCLC patients asthe research object. This paper discusses the application of traditional Chinese medicinecombined chemotherapy to eliminate pathogenic factors of comprehensive effects.Methods: This study selected54cases with clear histologic subtypes of advancedNSCLC patients.These cases were randomly divided into two groups and each group had27cases. The two groups were both treated by DP/GP chemotherapy. The observationgroup was supplied with "qin lian zheng ji fang", which was modified according tosymptoms. After2cycles of treatment, the short-term efficacy of two groups wereobserved, including assessment of efficacy, symptoms, quality of life, weigh, coagulationfunction, immune function and safety. After continuous6cycles of treatment, the efficacyof the observation group was evaluated.Results: Comparing the observation group and the control group, the observationgroup could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with advanced NSCLC, decreasetumor marker levels, improve the quality of life, stable or increase weight, amelioratehypercoagulability, enhance immunity and reduce the adverse reactions caused bychemotherapy. But then, the observation group has no advantages lessening or stablingtumor lesions and improving sputum blood, chest pain, bitter taste, constipation andscanty dark urine this five symptoms. And it can’t elevate CD4+/CD8+, impede the reduceof platelet and hemoglobin, decrease hepatorenal damage.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine "qin lian zheng ji fang" combined withchemotherapy on advanced NSCLC has a clear effect to enhance efficacy and reducetoxicity. The traditional Chinese medicine can be regarded as adjuvant drug. |
