Part1 Expression of Cks1,Skp2 and p27 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their significancesObjective: To detect protein expression of Cks1,Skp2 and p27 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas(LSCC). Correlation between tumour expression of Cks1,Skp2 and p27 and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with LSCC was studied. Methods: the expression of Cks1,Skp2 and p27 in them were examined by immunohistochemical using highly specific antibodies on formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded tissue section from 58 human laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas patients, 12 of laryngeal precancerous lesion(LPL) and 26 normal laryngeal tissues(NLT) .Result:We observed the significantly increased expression of Cks1 and Skp2 in LSCC and LPL groups than in NLT group.Overexpress of Cks1 and Skp2 in LSCC strongly correlated with the TNM stage, lymph...
