Detection On Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte And Sero IL-2 And IL-10 Of Eraly Syphilis Serofast Before And After Treatment

Objective: To study the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and levels of serum Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-10 in early syphilis serofast patients and to investigate the effects of Benzathine penicillin G and wutilinsi on peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and levels of serum Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-10.Methods:â‘ . The levels of serum IL-2 and IL-10 were detected by ELISA in early syphilis serofast patients and in normal persons.â‘¡. The level of antibody titre was detected by tolulized red unheated serum test (TRUST) before and after treatment.â‘¢.
