Background:The ischemic cerebrovacular diseases(ICVD) have characteristics such as high incidence rate, high death rate , high Mutilation rate and high recurrence rate. Many studies had revealed that the nosogenesis and the development of ICVD were closely correlated with cerebral artery stenosis. So it is significant to detect cerebral artery stenosis in patients as soon as possible. Digital subtraction angiography(DSA) was a effective way to detect cerebral artery stenosis. DSA was different from the common image analysis that the overlap image from soft tissue and skeleton were removed. The contrast and the distinctness of the blood vessel were increased in DSA image. Just for these reasons, DSA was a macroscopic way to identify the stenosis position, the stenosis degree and the status of bypass circuit in cerebral artery stenosis patients. Objectives:To analyze the characteristics of the distribution of cerebral artery stenosis, evaluate the relationship of cerebral artery stenosis with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and discuss the effect of gender, age, hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipoidemia on the occurrence of cerebral artery stenosis by inspecting the syndromes and results of coronal DSA, CT and MRI of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
