Objective: To evaluate the possible suppression to allergic contact dermatitis (type IV allergic reaction) in mouse and the effect of the Drug-serum of a serial of concentration and different blood sampling time of Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction on specifically degranulation of Rat Peritoneal Mast Cell in sensitized rats.In order to investigate the effect and the active mechanism of Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction against allergy,moreover, to investigate the methodology of serum pharmacology.Methods: â‘ The effect of Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction on allergic contact dermatitis of mouse:Built the animal model of allergic contact dermatitis useing dinitrofluroben-zene. To observed the ear swelling and spleen index in allergic mouse treating with Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction. â‘¡The effect of the Drug-serum of Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction on rat peritoneal mast cell degranulation:First collected blood samples after dose the medicine on rat ,then separated the Drug-serum contained Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction;To sensitized others rat useing ovalbumin and gained the sensitized rat peri -toneal mast cell. The different degranulating reaction were observed in according with a serial of Drug-serum concentration and different blood sampling time.Results: â‘ The effect of Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction on allergic contact dermatitis of mouse: The results of the experiment shows the grades level of Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction can significantly suppress the swelling of ear in allergic mouse (P <0.001), there is no remarkable difference with dexamethasone-treated group(P>0.05); while high concentration of Huoxiangzhengqi Decoction can significantly down regulate sp-...
