Objective: To study the Therapeutic action of TFGs on nonalcoholic fatty liver of rats. And investigate the mechanism of nonalcoholic fatty liver. Methods: The fatty liver model of rat was established by feeding with high lipid emulsions once a day for 70 days. And then the rats were feeding with TFGs and Yishanfu once a day for 35 days. And meanwhile the high lipid emulsions were still feeding sequentially. Observing the level of blood-fat, liver-fat and blood-FFA, liver-FFA, And the activity of HL, and the content of blood-adiponectin. Results: TFGs could decrease the level of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, FFA, ALT in plasma and hepatic index, the level of TG, TC in liver, while increase the level of blood-TG, liver-FFA, and also increase the content of blood serum adiponectin, and also reduce distribution of lipid droplet on degree and scope in liver cell. Conclusion: TFGs could treat the non-alcoholic fatty liver of rats induced by feeding with high fat diet through improving fat metabolism disorder, reduce the fatty deposited in liver, and improve the function of periphery adipose tissue, increase the content of blood serum adiponectin.
