Study On The Relation Between Antral Nodular Gastric Lymphoid Hyperplasia, Helicobacterpylori And Gastric Lymphoid Follicles Infection

Objective: To study the relation between Antral Nodular Gastric lymphoid hyperplasia, Helicobacter pylori and Gastric Lymphoid Follicles,further investigate that nodular antritis can be diagnosed by Helicobacterpylori and Gastric Lymphoid Follicles.Methods:The object in my study is three kinds of Cases with nodosity transformationa(lchanged) in splanchnoscopy(endoscopy). In usual gastroscopy ,if there is a case with chronic gastritis accompany nodosity transformational(changed),light color accompany nodosity transformationa(lchanged)or anabrosis accompany mamilla-like transformational ( changed ) ,we will anabrosis indigo carmine at sinus ventricul ,then do stain (colourant) endoscopic views,select three piece of sample at conspicuous nodusity to do biopsy .one of the sample do Helicobacter pylori quick test,the other do pathology test . in pathology test,we use hematine dyeing to view the formation of folliculus (nodulus) lymphaticus , soakage and hyperplasy of lymphocyte, and diagnose Helicobacter pylori infection with boric acid dyeing .we collect data in three group cases, include experimental test result,and use SPSS11.5 to analysis statistical variability between them.Results : We select 98 nodosity gastritis cases, 98 atrophic gastritis with granulo-changed cases and 93 gastritis verrucosa cases from 7222 cases who accepted gastroscope test in the Endoscope Diagnosis Center of Shan'xi people's Hospital. The average age of three kinds of cases is 31.00±11.62y,58.61±12.14y,51.29±12.99y, nodosity gastritis cases has the most earlier age of onset(P<0.01), the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in the three group is 92.86%,88.37%,69.89%,nodosity gastritis cases has obviously high infection rate than the other(P<0.01),the rate of proliferative lymph tissue is 94.90%,27.0%,18.2%,the rate(percent) of glandular organ atrophy and enteric epithelization in atrophic gastritis with nodosity-changed cases is 100% and 59.3%,which is higher than gastritis verrucosa (7.53%,8.60%) and nodosity gastritis(4.03%,0.00%). It suggest that grains-like hyperplasia is a kind of adenoid tissue change in morphology, especially the formation of folliculus lymphaticus . It can be flatten and disappear along with eradication treatment toward the infection of Helicobacter pylori.conclusion:There is close correlation between nodosity gastritis , Helicobacter...
