Object: The aim of this in vitro study was to investigate the effect different content NaF solution and containing different NaF concentration calcifying solution with extracted dentes.from these different agents, the best was chosen.Method: the decalcified enamel was randomly devided six groups, each group was treated with different agents respectively. The first group the control group, with deionized water; The second group treatment one, with 0.05mol/L NaF solution; The third group treatment two, with 0.1mol/L NaF solution; The forth group treatment three, with pure Calcifying solution; The fifth group treatment four, with containing 0.05mol/L NaF Calcifying mixed solution; The sixth group treatment five, with containing 0.1mol/L NaF Calcifying mixed solution. After treatment, the microhardness of enamel surface of all samples was detected with microhardness testing machine, the enamel surface morphology microstructure was examined using scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effect of remineralization of each group was analyzed using SPSS Microsoft SNK-q and by means of paired-samples T test.Result: (1) The result between pre-remineralization and post- remineralization with paired-sample t testing.the surface microhardness of enamel of treatment 1 4 5 was significant(p < 0.01) ,treatment 3 group was significant (p < 0.05). (2)The result of analysis of variance shown:there were significant between all groups(p< 0.01)after treatment, using SNK-q shown that the treatment group 4 was significant compared with the treatment group 1 5 (p < 0.05) and was significant compared with the treatment group 2 3 control group (p < 0.01) .the treatment group 1 5 with the treatment group 2 3 control group were significant compared (p < 0.05) . (3)The variable degree little dikes was vanished and amounts of Calcify plot presenced on the enamel surface by SEM.Conclusion: It has shown the effect of remineralization on enamel lesion by containing 0.05mol/L NaF calcifying solution is substantical and significant. The early carious lesion in the enamel formed during orthodontic treatment may be cured by this agent. The results of this study are consistent with those of previons clinical studies and plays an important role for the control of dental caries.
