Objective : To explore the change of thyrotropin (TSH) concentration , thyroglobulin antibody (TGA), ;mean thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPO-Ab) in normal people with normal free triiodothyronine (FT3) concentration, free thyroxine (FT4) concentration.To find out the point tangency of the new TSH concentration.Methods : To examine thyroid founction ( FT3 , FT4 , TSH , TGA, TMA ) by immunoradoimetric assay.To examine serum lipid by semi-autometic biochemistry analjsis set Italy SCOUT .To examine thyroid change by B ultrasonic (B-US) Japan Toshiba 7.5MHz high frequency. To select normal people 202 cases to be examined and analysed their thyroid fountion ,serum lipid .electrocardiogram (ECG),thyroid B-US etc .To collect clinical symptoms, signs ,history of disease ,family disease history ,etc.Results:1. there's no remarkable difference between symptom sign score ,heart rate (HR), temperature (T) ,body weight index (BMI); But show from chart :With the increase of TSH concentration ,there is a tendency low score,slow HR , Low T and high BMI;2. There's no remarkable difference both the positive TGA ,the positive TMA and TSH concentration . But show from chart :there is a increasing tendency of TSH concentration when the the positive TGA ,the positive TMA compare with the negative TGA and TMA . TSH concentration is rased with the increase of the percentage of TGA, TMA ,However there is a declining tendency of FT3 ,FT4 concentration . The positive rate of TGA begin to rise when TSH is 1.0-1.5mu/l; The The positive rate of TMA begin to rise when TSH is 2.0-2.5mu/l .3. There is a remarkable difference both TGA ,TMA and totle cholesterol (TC) ,lowdensity lipoprotein (LDL),but there's no statistical sense both TGA ,TMA and triglyceride (TG) ,highdensity lipoprotein (HDL) ,verylowdensity lipoprotein (VLDL) .To show from chart :there is a increasing tendency of TC ,LDL with the increase of TSH concentration.Conclusions:The investigation is tried to find out the new point tangency of the TSH concentration according to the relationship between serum lipid ,TGA, TMA etc .We only put forward problem at present and it is too earlier to draw a conclusion With the development of more sensitive TMA assay of quantitative analysis , It is a long period course of following-up, investigation to find out the the new point tangency of the real normal TSH concentration .
