Objective: To explore the correlation between vitiligo and thyroid disease, and to provide theoretical evidence for the routine examination of thyroid function in patients with vitiligo.Method:From October 2015 to February 2018 during the period of treatment in the Department of Dermatology of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University outpatients diagnosed 70 cases of vitiligo patients as the research object,70 cases of healthy persons as control group, were detected on the thyroid function, including three free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),thyrotropin(TSH),thyroglobulin antibody(TG-Ab),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab).The clinical data of patients were collected, and database was established.Gender and age stratification were compared.Data processing and analysis were performed by SPSS17.0 software.Chi square test and rank sum test were used. The P value < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results: The positive rate of patients with vitiligo group TGAb(32.39%)was higher than the control group(7.14%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the positive rate of TPOAb in patients with vitiligo group(26.76%)was higher than the control group(5.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);vitiligo group FT3 average concentration is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),FT4,the average concentration of TSH and control group had no significant difference(P > 0.05);the positive rate of serum TGAb,TPOAb female vitiligo group(45.94%,37.84%),higher than the positive rate of male vitiligo group serum TGAb,TPOAb(18.18%,15.15%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the positive rate of TGAb,TPOAb group of young patients with vitiligo(29.55%,31.82%),and TGAb,in patients with TPOAb positive rate(38.46%,19.23%),there were no significant differences(P > 0.05);Conclusions:The positive rate of TPOAb and TGAb in patients with vitiligo is higher than that of healthy people, suggesting that vitiligo is associated with thyroid autoantibodies.2.The average concentration of FT3 in the vitiligo group was higher than that of the healthy people.3.In patients with vitiligo, the positive rate of TPOAb and TGAb in women is higher than that of men.4.The detection of TPOAb and TGAb has important clinical significance for patients with vitiligo, especially in women.
