Objective: Animal model of human tumor heterotransplantation has become the important tool used in area of human tumor immunology, pathology, pharmacology, pharmacodynamics and acology for it's transplanted tumors have the similar tissue structure, patho-morphous and biological character to the original human tumors and it's sensitivity to chemotherapy drug is similar to clinical therapeutic effect. Now, commonly used method is heterotransplantation of human tumors in immune deficiency (for example, nude mouse) or immune suppression animals (for example, radiation exposure animal with sublethal dose). Growth of transplantation tumor can imitate formation of human tumor, rate of forming-tumor is high, time spending is uniform, size and weight of tumor can facility measured. This model is suitable for preclinical and clinical medicine research.
