Hepatic carcinoma is serious disease which is harmful to the live and healthy of the people in china. Every year 43.7 hundred thousands people succumbed to the hepatic carcinoma in the world, china held half of the total number. Up to date, most chemotherapeutics are celltoxical drugs, which have very large toxicity. It is difficult for human body to sustain these drugs. Accordingly, doctors should research non-cellulotoxic anticancer drugs to inhibit the proliferation of malignant cell and elevate the survival rate and quality of life of hepatic carcinoma patients. Therefore, the current study focuses on looking for noncelltoxical and higher therapeutic drugs from natural materials in the world.Genistein is non-nutritious anticancer ingredients in soybean , which is high performance and atoxic. Genistein is a kind of natural flavanoid depurated from soybean. As the inhibitor of protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) and phytoestrogens, it is indicated by lots of animal test and cell culture studies that genistein possess anticancer effect in most tumors including breast cancer , prostatic carcinoma, gastric cancer , colon carcinoma. As a potential anticancer agent, the actional...
