Objective: Endometrial carcinoma is one of the familiar of vaginal officer. The outbreak rate of the endometrial carcinoma increased gradually in the recent years. The patients who can't bear the surgical operation or relapse after it can be given a chemotherapy .However in the chemotherapy process, the anti-cancer medicine has harm to propagating cells at the same time of killing the tumor cells and influences the curative effect of the chemotherapy. The chemotherapy medicine has more serious vice-reaction, as a result the sufferer cure of obey is bad and the live quality will descend obviously. So the chemotherapy project which can kill the tumor cells most but has the least toxicity to normal cells becomes one of the focuses. The research aims at the effects of allicin and cisplatin on proliferation of human endometrial carcinoma cell line ishikawa in vitro, providing a full basis to reduce the using of chemotherapy medicine in clinic.Methods:1. Cell culture: Refrigerated ishikawa cells were anabiosised and grown in 100ml culture flasks in PRMI 1640 supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum(FBS),100ug/ml streptomycin and 100IU/ml penicillin .The cells were cultured in 37℃,5%CO2 and saturated degree of humidity...
