The patients who can't bear the surgical operation or relapse after it can be given a chemotherapy .However in the chemotherapy process, the anti-cancer medicine has harm to propagating cells at the same time of killing the tumor cells and influences the curative effect of the chemotherapy. The chemotherapy medicine has more serious vice-reaction, as a result the sufferer cure of obey is bad and the live quality will descend obviously. So the chemotherapy project which can kill the tumor cells most but has the least toxicity to normal cells becomes one of the focuses.
