Purpose: By making high-tension electric burn animal models, to study the change of microcirculation of intestinal mucosa after the high-tension electricity. To explore the mechanism of high-tension electricity, and offer experimental basis for clinic to prevent and cure intestinal tract damage after high-tension electricity.Materials and Methods : 60 healthy adult big albino rabbit, weight 2.5~3.0kg, randomly divided into six groups, T0: control group; T1: right after electric burn; T2: an hour after electric burn; T3: 2 hours later; T4: 4 hours later; T5: 8 hours later. Duplicate the high-tension electric burn models on the rabbits. The entrance was in the left upper extremity and the exit was in the left lower extremity. Chose the jejunal segment and ileal segment, and observed the blood vessel distribution by naked eye. Cut the intestinal in the place where rare of minute blood vessel. Observed the dynamic change of the intestinal mucosa with microcirculation microscope. The observation index including: 1. the state of the blood capillary: the shape and the caliber of the blood capillary; 2. the fluid state of the blood capillary; 3. the state around the blood capillary of intestinal mucosa: exfiltration...
