Objective: Through duplicating the animal model of high-voltage electrical injury and observing the alteration of gastric mucosal microcirculation after electrical burned, explore its microcirculatory mechanism of the damages high-voltage electrical injury to the organism, which may afford the experiment basis for clinical prevention of gastric subsequent syndrome after electrical burned.Methods: First, 20 adult heathy rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, namely, electrical burned group and fake electrical burned group, 10 in each group. the rabbits should be cleaned the fur of experimental area and anesthetized intravenously. Second, made the observing window: the rabbits were fixed on their back, lifting up the side of head to alleviate the disturbance of respiration. After being sterilized, opened the lateral wall of abdomen, dissected away a small area of the serosal and muscle layers to exposed the submucosal aspect of gastric mucosa to microscopic viewing . Bleeding is minimal and ligated with line, pulled the line to fix the observing window Body temperature was monitor by rectal thermometer and maintained at 38℃, observing window was continuously...
